All clearing and settlement of transactions executed through QwickRoute is conducted through MCAP's broker-dealer clearing relationship. While we aim to ensure the efficiency and reliability of these services, MCAP cannot guarantee complete accuracy or timeliness.

Payment for Order Flow
QwickRoute, as a product offered by MCAP, may receive remuneration in the form of payment for order flow from liquidity providers. This means we might receive compensation for directing order flow to specific trading venues. While this practice is intended to result in favorable execution prices, it could potentially create a conflict of interest.
Third-Party Technology Disclaimer
QwickRoute, as a product offered by MCAP, is not responsible for any performance or communication issues relating to any third-party technology, including but not limited to order management or portfolio management systems. While we endeavor to ensure our product integrates smoothly with these systems, we do not control and therefore cannot guarantee their reliability, functionality, or ongoing compatibility. Users should ensure they have adequate contingency plans in place for any disruptions that might occur.
